Research is a creative & systemic work undertaken to increase the body of knowledge in any domain. However, it is a very neglected discipline and students are not sensitised and trained.

The Student Research Mentorship Program (SRMP) is a unique program of CAHO designed to support enrolled students from any discipline in healthcare industry to undertake basic research projects. The students are tagged to designated mentors to help them in their research projects from inception till completion.

PURPOSE
The aim is to motivate more and more students to undertake research projects and to complete them successfully so that the findings are published in reputed national/ international peer reviewed journals.
DURATION
The duration of the project will depend upon the topic selected by the student & in accordance to the time span suggested by the mentor approved by the Student Research Committee.
