Health HR Conclave 2022 : Challenges & Opportunities organized by CAHO South Zone on 12th nov 2022 @ Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore.
The event's objective was to make the healthcare care organizations aware of the gaps and advancements in the current process of Human Resources Management. In addition to educating the delegates on the NABH -HRM standards and support them to adopt best practices in accordance with latest guidelines and code on wages, the conclave provided an exclusive opportunity to connect with the Who’s Who of HR and Industry Captains.
Mr. K.Pandiarajan of Mafoi Strategic Consultants, Chairman CIEL HR, Former State Minister was the Chief Guest. He spoke on "FUTURE OF WORK - NEW PARADIGM IN HR”. The Chairman - CAHO Healthcare Institutions division, Fr. Johnson Vazhappilly (ED & CEO Rajgiri Hospital)
was the Guest of Honour.
Mr.Sivakumar Palaniappan, Maya Sreekumar (VP-HR, Cognizant technologies), Dr.S. Manivannan (MD, Kavery Hospitals), Mr.Karthick Prabhu (President IMA Nursing Board), Dr.Jothi Clara, (Director of Nursing, IHH Healthcare Gleneagles Global Hospitals), Mr. Samuel Abraham, Ms.Gracy Mathai (CEO- Baby Memorial Hospital) were the speakers. Dr.Lallu Joseph, Secretary General CAHO and state representatives of CAHO- South India were also part of the event.
Interactive workshops on topics like Health care communication, Grooming & Etiquette, and Coaching for Optimal Performance were also conducted.
