Caho Declares Rajagiri Hospital, Aluva as a Centre for Quality Promotion

Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organisations (CAHO) towards its continued journey towards promotion of training, hand holding and enabling hospitals to attain NABH accreditation declared Rajagiri Hospital, Chunangamvely, Aluva as Centre for Quality Promotion (CQP).

 

Due to the dedication and perseverance of Rajagiri Hospital in providing the best quality of care and patient safety and being an NABH and JCI accredited hospital, Rajagiri Hospital has been chosen to function as a CQP.

Dr. Vijay Agarwal, President CAHO presented the CQP certificate plaque to Fr. Johnson Vazhappilly CMI, Executive Director & CEO, Rajagiri Hospital.

Dr. C.M. Bhagat, Secretary General CAHO, Dr. Lallu Joseph, Associate Individual Representative CAHO & NABH Assessor, Dr. Sanjeev Singh, Medical Superintendent, AIMS & NABH Assessor, Dr. Suneel C. Mundkur, Professor, Dept of Paediatrics, KMC Manipal & NABH Assessor and Mrs. Parveen Hafeez, Managing Director, Sunrise Group of Hospitals spoke about the need for accreditation, the roadmap, the challenges faced by hospitals and impact of accreditation.

Around 100 delegates from different hospitals in and around Kochi attended the seminar.
