CAHO has initiated the concept of monthly Quality Meetings in the country on the first Tuesday of every month with the aim of promoting concepts of patient safety & quality to small & medium hospitals which coincides with CAHO ISQua International Webinar Series.

20+ member hospitals and CAHO affiliated Centres for Quality Promotion (CQP) organized the meeting in their conference & seminar halls on 06th June by inviting CEOs, Sr. administrators and Quality Professionals of nearby hospitals and broadcasted the CAHO ISQua Webinar on CLINICAL GOVERNANCE which was followed by discussion.
The webinar was moderated by Dr. Guru Nath Reddy while Ms. Margaret Banks was the speaker. It was attended by 800+ professionals across the globe. This concept of quality meeting was well received and appreciated.
Fortis Hospital, Vadapalani - Thank you CAHO and ISQUA for the wonderful webinar on Clinical Governance. As a CQP we had the MQM prior to the webinar with over 70 participants from 10 different hospitals from the City. Dr Parivalavan Rajavelu addressed us on Key Indicators and Benchmarking techniques this afternoon.

We had discussions on challenges in Implementation of NABH standards and on QI project by a intern from SRM, school of Public Health.
