CAHO in association with Meenakshi Mission Hospital, Madurai conducted its 4th program to train Basic CPQIH for Advance level Certification endorsed by Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) at German Resorts, Kodaikanal from 10th to 13th March, 2018.
The program dealt with all the recently revised NABH standards and objective elements in great detail. Apart from quality standards, the course gave excellent guidance based on best practices to develop and implement innovative solutions to various issues in hospitals. The eminent faculty team headed by Dr. Lallu Joseph rendered spell binding sessions one after the other in a focused and coherent manner. The other faculties were Dr. Ramesh Babu, Meenakshi Hospital Thanjavur ; Dr. Bhawna Gulati, ASCI Hyderabad; Dr. Shashank Devapur, 3M ; Dr. Anna George, Mr. Vinod Kumar, Dr. Jerian Jose Cherian from Rajagiri Hospital, Aluva.
The LMExcellence app developed for assessment before, during and after the program was a huge hit among all participants. The Kahoot performance quiz, group activities & presentation assignments conducted after each session and various recreational activities kept up the learning spirit and motivation .
The program was attended by 28 professionals paving ways for spearheading quality in their respective organizations. and the country.
