World Quality Month is celebrated every November “to raise awareness of the quality, continuous improvement, and performance excellence.” It is also about understanding the impact quality practices have brought in organizations.
We are organizing various contests ending in a virtual program on 10th Dec, 2022 from 3pm - 5pm IST including an interesting debate and panel discussion with national experts on "Quality, Safety and Accreditation".

Contest 1. Best Learning from Good Catches : Good Spin on a Bad Event (Incidents or near misses identified in your hospital and process changes made)
Guideline: Select one incident/near miss identified which has resulted in a process change/s (case study)
Contest 2. Best Innovative Process Improvement in Quality & Safety in your hospital
Guidelines: Showcase the best “Innovative Process Improvement Initiative” in Quality & Patient Safety. Any new/unique process change brought about in your hospital that has contributed to improving the level of Quality and patient safety. Use of Quality tools preferred
Contest 3. Who’s the best “Quality Advocate” in your unit?
Guideline: Nominate from other departments a person who supports and contributes best towards Quality and Patient Safety initiatives in your unit.
