Membership will be renewable every three years subject to the continuity of the accreditation or certification status and membership subscription payment
Institution will nominate at least two persons, authorised to represent on its behalf
Subscription entitles complimentary membership for all the departmental labs and radiology to CAHO Diagnostic division. Institution will nominate at least two persons from each lab, authorised to represent on their behalf
Institution will be removed from the membership database and will lose privileged access to members' area of website including other benefits in case of failure to pay renewal subscription within stipulated time
