Diagnostic Centres holding accreditation or certification from any national or internationally recognized accreditation bodies.

Small Centres : Stand-alone / Collection Centres/ Part of a Polyclinic/ Blood Bank - (3500/-)
Medium sized (5000/-)
Large sized / Reference Diagnostic Centres (10000/-)
Part of Regular Healthcare Institution Associated Member (Complimentary)

Membership will be renewable every three years subject to the continuity of the accreditation or certification status and membership subscription payment
Diagnostic Centre will nominate at least two persons from all the departmental labs and radiology, authorised to represent on its behalf
Diagnostic Centre will be removed from the membership database in case of failure to pay renewal subscription within stipulated time

Medium sized/ Reference Diagnostic centres (4000/-)
Large sized Diagnostic Centres - (9000/-)

Membership will be renewable every three years subject to the subscription payment
Diagnostic Centre will nominate at least two persons, authorised to represent on its behalf
Member will be upgraded to Regular category only after verification of accreditation/ certification status and payment of additional membership subscription as applicable
Diagnostic Centre will be removed from the membership data in case of failure to pay renewal subscription within stipulated time
